Role Description

\n

The Event Model role at AF Services Inc. is a temporary, on-site position based in Chicago, IL. Event Models support conventions, trade shows, and special events by greeting attendees, providing information, and representing client brands in a professional and engaging manner. Typical responsibilities include interacting with guests, assisting with product demonstrations, distributing promotional materials, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming booth or event space. Event Models are expected to follow event guidelines, collaborate with event staff, and uphold high standards of appearance, punctuality, and customer service throughout each assignment.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills to engage with diverse event attendees.
\n
• Professional presentation, including a well-groomed appearance and the ability to represent client brands confidently.
\n
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions and adapt to changing event needs.
\n
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods and moving around busy event spaces.
\n
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
\n
• Previous experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or retail is beneficial.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in communications, marketing, or hospitality is a plus.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States and ability to commute to on-site events in Chicago, IL.
\n

Flexible Scheduling

Pay: $200–$400 per day, depending on the assignment. The days and hours vary for each event, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, part-time work and extra income.
