A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc. Position: - Analyze, evaluate and test various Home Appliance Product Categories top symptoms and issues, identify root cause and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ and Factories. - KPI analysis and monitoring - Review VOC/escalations received from the field Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis - Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Math or business-related field. - 0-2 years of experience in an analytics focused role Pay Range: $33/hr ~$34/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary life/AD&D coverage.
