**Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor** **Pay:** $20.21/hour **Location:** Hopkinton, MA **Employment Type:** Part-Time **Schedule:** Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 AM-8:00 AM - 16 hours/week Securitas is hiring a **Security Shift Supervisor** to support a professional corporate environment in Hopkinton, MA. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, maintain a professional presence, and help ensure security operations run smoothly throughout the shift. **What You'll Do** + Provide on-shift leadership and support to Security Officers + Help ensure post orders, site procedures, and security protocols are followed + Monitor and control access to the facility + Conduct scheduled security patrols and inspections + Assist employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner + Respond to incidents, alarms, and security concerns as needed + Complete and review accurate daily activity and incident reports + Communicate important updates, concerns, and shift information to site leadership **What We're Looking For** + Strong reliability, professionalism, and leadership skills + Good communication and customer service skills + Ability to make sound decisions and remain calm during incidents + Comfortable using computers and electronic reporting systems + Ability to work independently while providing direction and support to others + Previous security, supervisory, or leadership experience is preferred Securitas provides training to help you succeed in the role and offers opportunities to continue building your leadership experience within the security industry.
